The Fairies

Fairies are so lovely

With silver wings that shine.

(Lock thumbs and spread hands like wings.)

They flutter through the meadow

And light upon the pine.

(Flutter hands.)

They sweep away the cobwebs

And paint the flowers new.

(Imitate these motions.)

They take a bath in buttercups

(Form buttercup with fingers.)

And wash their hair in dew.

(Touch hair.)
