MONDAY
Breakfast: Hard-boiled eggs with toast soldiers; yogurt
Lunch: Tortilla pizzas
Dinner: Rigatoni and meatballs; salad
Snacks and Desert: Fruit, snickerdoodle cookies
Meal Prep: Make extra hard-boiled eggs at breakfast, thaw stew beef, double cookie recipe and freeze, make tomato sauce

TUESDAY
Breakfast: Apple oatmeal
Lunch: Peanut butter crackers, hard-boiled eggs, fruit and veggies
Dinner: Millet stew with beef; homemade bread or rolls
Snacks and Desert:Cheese, apple kuchen
Meal Prep: Bread or rolls for dinner; make coffee cake for breakfast; banana bread; kuchen; thaw ground beef

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Coffee Cake
Lunch: Mexican sushi
Dinner: Corn and cheese enchilada
Snacks and Desert: Carrot critters; raspberry lemon squares
Meal Prep: Thaw chicken; make banana bread

THURSDAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Homemade alphabet soup
Dinner: Baked chicken fingers, smashed potatoes, peas
Snacks and Desert: Banana  bread; barley pudding
Meal Prep: Pudding; pizza dough

FRIDAY
Breakfast: Eggs to order
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Homemade pizza
Snacks and Desert:Cabinet snacks
Meal Prep: Pancake batter


SATURDAY
Breakfast:
Cornmeal pancakes
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Baked tilapia; carrot coins; rice
Snacks and Desert:
Cabinet snacks ground beef
