Presenting our newest Seasons of Joy publication!

Things have been quiet here because I’ve been busy putting the finishing touches on our latest Seasons of Joy e-book.

10 character-based circle times, including Bear in the Big Blue House, the Octonauts, and Little Einstein

Verses to sing before turning the television on and off

Painting stories, including Elmo Red, a Curious George story with the Man in the Yellow Hat, and Blue’s Clue Blue. Secondary colors are introduced when Thomas and James collide.

Craft projects include Dora’s backpack (great to take on a nature walk!), Max and Ruby bunny ears, Bubble Guppies sensory play, and a Word Girl superhero cape.

Create nature tables featuring wooden dinosaurs from Dinosaur Train, a replica of Mickey Mouse’s clubhouse made from wool, and a needle-felted Special Agent Oso.

Cooking projects include a Disney Princess-themed tea party, a real Sam Sandwich, and my grandmother’s personal recipe for that favorite of Wonder Pets, celery.

Parent work includes handcarving snack trays so your little ones can have delicious, organic, whole-food snacks without ever leaving the television and how to parent the Caillou-temperament child (ie: dealing with the whining!)

I’ve also transferred your favorite children’s television themes to the pentatonic scale.

We even have a section for infants based on Baby First TV!

Television is an inevitable part of your child’s early years. Here’s a chance to explore it in a loving, gentle, Waldorf-inspired manner!

All this for only $10!

Verse for Turning Off the Television

Oh glowing box with all my friends.
How sad I am our time must end.
And now Mom’s making me go and play
But I’ll be back another day!
Goodbye! Goodbye!
Hugs television.
