Seasons of Joy

Looking for a way to bring peace and joy to your day? Seasons of Joy is my 10-week seasonal guidebook to add rhythm and fun to your daily routine. Each guidebook has ten weeks' worth of circle times, stories, arts, crafts, and handwork, painting, playtime activities and more!
Seasons of Joy seeks to empower families to create peaceful rhythms and routines and joyful celebrations that follow the circle of the year. The blog also chronicles our adventures in living simply, loving exuberantly, and Waldorf inspired homeschooling.

Weekend Round-up!

Some things I enjoyed reading this past week…

On Sunday, I was touched and encouraged by Laughing at the Days to Come over at Life As Mom.

On Tuesday, I fell in love with the idea of a toast bar from $5 Dinners.

On Wednesday, I found three recipes to try: baked fish sticks and Italian meatballs from Laaloosh and cheesy zucchini enchiladas from Gina’s Skinny Recipes. I also read a great post called “I Don’t Believe in Giving Up Pizza for Lent” over at Kitchen Stewardship.

On Thursday, I learned how to adapt a recipe to make it healthier from Heavenly Homemakers. I also found some great ideas for creating a Lent tray at Living Montessori Now.

On Friday, Prepared, Not Scared posted these great printable journal pages.

And Saturday brought a great read from The Magnifying Glass on starting and keeping a progressive nature journal.

And then there are all the wonderfully creative St. Patrick’s Day ideas!
